How can we help? Here are some examples;

• Don't order a "Built In" product when you want a "Built under"!
  
  
• Integrated products:- order the right product to suit your kitchen.
  
  
• Cooker hoods: this is where most order errors occur. Please ask for help.
  
  
• Sinks. People often get them the wrong way round or order a sink that is too big.
  
  

• Not all taps will work with standard water pressure.
  
  

• Dishwashers usually only need a cold water feed.
  
  
• What colour and finish is your product? Manufacturer codes can be confusing. Check and check again.
  
  

• Range cookers: Allow sufficient space and check the trim colours carefully.
  
  
• Not all fridge and freezer doors are reversible.
  
  
• Do you want delivery to a different address?
  
  
• Not all coffee machines can be plumbed in.
  
  
• American fridge freezers: careful planning is required.
  
  
• Induction hobs require special saucepans and should never be fitted above a working drawer.
  
  
• Allow ample time for delivery.
  
  
• Will our drivers need to climb any stairs or struggle to park? Advise us of any delivery restrictions.
